its junk...

all it does it trick the PCM to think that cooler air is coming in when its not. the engine will seem stronger for a month or so, but the PCM will eventually learn the air and adjust the mod out...

Thanks for the info. Could someone turn me on to a chip or device that's worth a damn for a 1999 SE?

i would get some mods first...intake and exhaust and then look for a chip
