Default 3800 Series II Superchargers?

Hey guys,
Like most of you here, I imagine, I'm a BIG fan of horsepower. And, for many, my car would already be more than enough. But, thats never stopped me before.

I've been browsing here a bit, as well as around other sites on the net, but none seem to specifically list what cars a supercharger will or will not fit on.

So, my question...is there such a thing as a bolt-on supercharger for a Chevy 3800 Series II V6? What would be involved in added a Supercharger to a normally non-super'd 3.8L?

in the long run it would be cheaper and mre relieably to swap the L36 with and L67.

however there is/was a KIT to supercharge an N/A S2 sold by ZZperformance.com

It'* very popular in the GP community and seems to serve many people well. Just make sure that you're well tuned and have no KR, since our bottom ends aren't as strong and we have a higher compression ratio. I was considering this for my own car, but as of late, I decided to stay N/A

This is the one I'd recommend

best deal, but I haven't heard anything about their PCM tunes.

There may be SC and intake complications with the RWD setup.

Well, considering that most Impalas are RWD, it'* a common misconception.

There are major layout differences between the N/A and */C Series 1 motors. You'd have to swap the heads and exhaust manifolds to use the */C, at the very least.
