Default Ordering INTENSE PCM as we speak...

I don't know how long intense PCM will be on sale, but I am so impulse buying at the moment. I just want to make sure what I'm getting is correct.

Standard PCM

And that'* it .

Future plans don't include anything but getting my cat/muffler on, fwi, and this pcm.

Ofcourse, I'm doing the $50 core charge for my 97' because I can't afford down time while going to college. I'm assuming they ship me a programmed PCM, and when I recieve it, I ship mine back and get my $50 back?

I ordered mine yesterday along with a FWI, new supercharger oil, and the Street/Strip shift kit.

I want a shift kit... some day... but not too sure where to get one. Another topic... another day. Search feature would probably work too.

Intense Street/Strip kit is what I went with... The concensus is that I'll be happy with it.

And from research, it'* not worth it for me to put a shift kit in. I'll see what the PCM does, and probably end up just getting an adjustable vacuum modulator. Oh well... it'* lightly modded anywho.

Actually, 1997 SE'*, SLE'*, and SSE'* didn't have the 4T65E -only the SSEi and.... well maybe the SE/SLE did, but only with the L67.
The only L36 powered cars to get the 4T65E in 1997 were the Park Avenue and the Riviera.
Not until 1998 was the 4T65E standard on ALL FWD 3800 GM cars.
