either that or a smaller belt... the pulley is usually cheaper, while the belts are more readily available..

if you dont do one of those, your belt will just slip giving you less power

Also do you have a scantool? How about good fuel pressure and crack free EMs? If not, don't even attempt a 2.2".

What do I need a scan tool for?? shouldnt I be able to just run it like that??? Ill get the oversized pulley then. My fuel pressure is good and my Em'* are crack free. We checked em when we did the tranny swap.

KR isn't something to 'adjust'.

You use the scantool to see if you have it, then fix it mechanically.

You need to know your fuel pressure, repair the cracks in your EM'*, and buy a scantool BEFORE you get a pulley.

Report your fuel pressure and KR numbers here, then we'll help you get it in good shape for the smaller pulley. Then if you have KR after the pulley swap, you gotta go after it again.

KR is something all of us with smaller pulleys constantly watch. It gets worse in hot and humid conditions. You have to be on it ALL the time from pulley down and beyond.

KR, if not dealt with, can slowly destroy your motor. It'* a risk, and a way of life at the same time.
