Jet stopped making chips for NA 93-95 er 96 Bonnies. And Superchips stopped custom burning chips all together. Willwren will come in to tell you which companies may help you out

Check hypertech and fastchips. You should be able to find them. Do we need a Techinfo topic on Chip manufacturers and the years they support? Let'* put this together here:

Jet Chips 92-94 SSEi (under 200 bucks thru ADTR), 97-03 SSEi
Superchips ?????
Hypertech ?????
Fastchips ?????
DHP- Custom burns-spendy

Can't think of others.....let'* fill in the gaps.

Hypertech only makes chips for the 92 Bonneville SSEi. There is a Stage one that is the Street Runner and a Stage two that is the .... forgot the name right now. I remember now, Thermomaster!

Jet makes chips for the 92-94 Bonneville SSEi, Stage 1 and 2. Also for the 97-03, no stage since the computer adjusts so well doesn't need stages. 97-03 all Bonneville'*.

Superchips is on a custom basis but they suck.

Fastchips is on a custom basis as well.

DHP is custom burns but they focus on the L67/L36 so good to go with them. But they only do the OBD II ones.

According to recent sources, Superchip no longer makes chips for pre-95 GM'*! Try FastChip at: http://www.fastchip.com/

You got stuck in the middle. The year before you is the hybrid OBD1 OBD2 year, the year after you was the first year of the 4T65E tranny. I'd bet that'* why. Jet may not be your only option though. Shop around, and let us know what you find.

I might be able to help. I have an old commodore 64 and I figure with a little soldering and a cheap "box" of wine ill have you all set up.

But seriously I have a connection with a company who is the only company so far to have all gm cars obd2 programmable without any problems. I know they could do an Obd1. I will see what kind of cost is involved. Where are you at?
