A good tune.

Thats all i really want. Everyone says that probably the most important mod you can do to your car is a a good tune.

I currently have a zzp 1.0 pcm. Its decent but im looking for more throttle response and i want to reduce as much KR as i can.

is there any place i can go or anyone near my area when i can a good custom tune, that i wont ever have to monkey around with it again or have to worry about again?

A good tune actually means "good tunes" - one for every season. As temperatures and humidity change, the tune needs some minor adjustments for the air density, temperatures and fuel.
