How much does the radiator part of the IC need to flow? I was lookin' at my ninja, and it looks like the radiator from it would fit, but I don't know what the flow rates would need to be.

You may need to experiment.
Usually the circulating pump inlet and outlet connection sizes are a good indication of flow rate. Compare it to the connection size on the radiator and intercooler.
I think I remember the hoses on the GP to be about 3/4" dia.
Use clear plastic hoses to view the flow.
