Fastest Series 1 SSEi????

Is it me? Maybe. Probably, because so few have recorded times.

If it's me, it isn't going to be long before I pass the crown ;)

And I'd like nothing better than losing it side-by-side at the track.

Oh you know that there's a Track beast out west that has things like a Cam etc.

Unfortunetly it was traded straight up for a Junior....

Jeffrey's track beast is out EAST, but yes, he no longer owns it. Other than that, my lips are sealed......... ;)

Well if it comes down to an old man like you being the fastest, i think im gonna sell my bonnie... Just Playin, your awesome, always a great help to everyone no matter what the problem is and everyone here loves you. Also just so you know, my graduation party is next week and if i get anything like my other relatives get ill have plenty enough to get my SC, Exhaust Manifolds, and TB ported and polished not to mention a ZEX dry nitrous system. First gotta get my car running perfect before i do any of that but watch out, the middle of the US is comin back...

Then I'm glad you started this thread ;)

Before you start all that heavy work, we need to set up a conference call with a couple other people. We've learned alot about porting in the last 2 months, at least with specific regards to the Series1 L67....more on that later, it hasn't been posted. We also just had our first M62 ported, and some things remain to be hashed out there (Including specific input from Magnusson and Eaton). There are also some differences between the 92 and 93 SSEi valve trains you should rectify when you do all these things.

Allmachtige and DrJay are two good people to hook up with when it comes time for the ZEX kit.

All this should be posted, and it'll be fun to watch the progress and results on your car ;)

Bill, when are you going to update teh 1/4 times?

willwren 08-01-2004 01:06 PM

I'm changing the format, but my PC is being flaky right now. Should be within a week.

(The format change will show a progression of times for each member's cars, and will be categorized by class as well as E/T).
