Default I'm new... Guidance please.

Hi, Im 16 years old and i just my first car which is a 92 bonneville sse. I have never done anything with cars, but I would like to maybe do some modifications to my car for better acceleration. I dont really car about high top speed, just faster acceleration. As I said I havent done anything with cars before, but if someone could help me get started and give me some suggestions I would really appreciate it.

That'* right. TechInfo (found at the top of this screen) has alot of good info. For instance, you'll probably want to start out with a better intake. Here'* a TechInfo article on that:

http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/techinfo/?article=40

And there'* plenty more where that came from!! Also, for anything that not specified in TechInfo, use the Search utility above as well.

Happy modding!

Intake and an open exahust has put me into 15'* for the 1/4. You may want to worry about cooling, incase your 92 does not have an EGR, which will burn valves eventually.

Quarter mile in 15.xx seconds. Not bad for a street legal full sized V6
