what valve springs
i have an LN3 but i am going to swap over to 93-94 L27or 94-95 L67 heads so that i can get a set of 1.8 rockers from zzp
but i was wondering if the yellow hi performance springs that are used on the LS1 LS2 LS6 engines.
GM part # 12586484.
They are 110# @ 1.75" installed height, 320# @ 1.2" open and good to .550" lift.
I can get a set of 16 for $55 but i need to know if they will work on the 93-94 L27 heads

No, those are 'beehive' springs for the Series 2 only. The LS1/LS2 springs wont work. Neither will the retainers or keepers.
Use the retainers and keepers from your donor heads or buy OEM. Nobody'* ever broken, chipped, or damaged one. For that matter, you can use the stock springs. They're 10# heavier than the stock S2 springs out of the box, and mine were still 80# after 125,000 miles (no weakening at all).
I went with a different spring because of my raised shift points and valve float at the top end. I wouldn't suggest doing this on your car if you retain stock or close to stock shift points due to the increased load on your valvetrain.
If you do decide to upgrade (no benefit to you, as the 1,8 rockers are designed and work well for stock pushrods and springs), you need to replace your timing gears, chain, and tensioner. Cloyes makes a 'stronger than OEM' set.
If you do upgrade (which I don't suggest as stated above), this is the one I went with:
My test results with a calibrated load cell at work.
NEW OEM SPRING (advertised as 80# stock application):
66lbs at 1.8"
90 @ 1.7
127 @ 1.6
155 @ 1.5
192 @ 1.4
245 @ 1.3
377 @ 1.25 (coil bind)
Compcams spring listed above:
Can't find my data, but they're 105# at 1.72 install height. Same deck height/install height as the Grand National.
