It'* not that bad. Just go over the instuructions a few times to make sure you got it right. I did mine by myself with no problems. Just go slow.

The instructions are clear and you should be good to go.
Just be sure to keep everything clean and double check all bolts when re-assembling.

Everyone says the instructions that come with the Intense kit are clear, but haro and myself agree that it was vague and required some guesswork. Best I can suggest is have a dremel tool nearby with various bits for minor adjustments.

I can't remember which piston it was, but the springs appear to fit in a way where they would seem to get all tangled and just cause some radically hard shifts but its normal.

Finally, the sandpaper they provide is key, but you may want to use some smaller grit because I only got 1 sheet that seemed a bit too harsh for the prep work. Take your time.

I've got my instructions still and have done this install before on my car. It just takes some time and patience to make sure you read everything right. When are you trying to do this?
