So since I'm getting more mods, figure it'* time for some new wires and plugs.
Found these wires, recomended by ILGCP. Here'* what one guy said over there,

Those are some pretty thick wires. I would get the black wires personally, so that way you dont have to go red & silver throughout the car. This way you can try and go with the sleeper look inderneath the hood.

The MSD boots are going to be grey, I think the only color they offer. I could go for the black on black.

I'd say stick with the regular Taylors. The 8.5mm barely fit in the wire guides that are already on the engine, and they are only $50 for a 3800 on www.grandprixstore.com, in your choice of red or blue.

There really isn't. Those huge wires are only more money.....meant for serious track use and abuse, not everyday driving. I seriously doubt you'd get any extended life over the standard Spiro Pros, and those are twice as much.

Remember, there'* no performance to be gained from plug wires, unless your stockers are failing, or you go with a much hotter coil. That picture brings up another warning. Those are Accel coils......and they have a very poor reputation, not only in the 3800, but others also. Stick with stock coils or MSD. For wires, either MSD or Taylor. Both companies regard the competition (each other) as equal.

Those monsters may not fit in the shrouds attached to each valve cover, either. I know my Spiro Pros are tight.

These are Taylor wires with MSD boots. I saw these wires in person and they looked great in black. I know they don't fit the wire holder, thats why they come with the red things (seperator/wire holder) in the Picture, that'* the second color option in my poll.

What does everyone think about wires that are all the same size(like these) as compared to different length wire kits?

Call Taylor and ask what is the use of a thicker wire.

Its duty. A thicker wire is more durable.

Also the Thunderbolt wire is the wire to use for actual gain... The pro wire is great and more durable but the resistance is the same as the 8mm. So the gain can be had with a Thunderbolt wire if you have the juice to use..

I always suggest buying Taylor boots to protect the wire in our case.. but that is because of the heat we encounter on the rear three wires.

I agree 100%. 9 times out of 10, if you lose a wire, it'll be #2, 4, or 6. Rear bank gets much hotter. Anyone who'* pulled their valve covers has seen the color difference in the valvetrain......entirely heat related.

I still think that these 10.8mm (or whatever size) are kinda too much. Your coils don't have the need, or power to use them fully, durablility MIGHT be longer, but the spiro pro'* are already top of the line. Race cars can run them just fine.
