Cyl 4 misfire question

Ok, autotap'd both my 00's this weekend. I noticed at idle, in the driveway (small incline) that both cars misfired cyl 4 about 2 to 4 times (somtimes 8 ) each misfire cycle check. My car has new plugs/wires, wife's car is stock. Tried dif laptops same thing. Is this normal? Is this the PCM pulling power to get the idle down to 800? I have not tapped the cars at speed yet, so im not sure if the misfire happens under load. I find it interesting that both cars do the exact same thing.

Also for those with Autotaps, do you notice spikes of numbers while its running? For example as im watching some fields about every 5 to 10 seconds ill get a random number like say 172 appear in about 3 fields then go away. Is this a communication problem? It does it on both cars, 2 dif laptops running XP.

Thanks!
Todd

Here is a pic of my last 0-60 run. Notice the yellow boxes which seem to be a very random out of the norm number. Any ideas?
