Default Anyone know the dimensions, for intake heatshield (97-99)-upd

I have a good friend in Industrial Plactics (heat is a none issue/forgot what product he said he would use) & started talking to him about the Bonnie Club. Asked him how hard it would be to do an airbox from scratch...

Basically said no prob.!! He just needs the dimensions. Tried searching for the answer, but as usual.. :(

Soo if i can get some assitance on this matter & possible order list; i think we might have some happy people around here. Collaboration would be greatly appreciated.
I'll have per pricing, once i present him with the diagram...

What kind of airbox are you talking about? Something like a heatshield for a cold air intake?

When you say airbox dimensions... the 95'* got a different airbox than 96-99. I'd aim for the higher flow box of 96-99 if I were you. Bascially I'd think you want to make it get air from the fender side (sealed off somehow) and use the largest surface area possible for the filter.

well yes; either/or. This guy will do whatever we need & his got all the tools. The question is volume vs cost...

I thought i had seen a thread showing the MOD build; with cut out board too.
I have my 97, but yes if the 96-99 years have the same spacing, all the better.
Just checking if someone had the dimensions already...
Going to be upgrading the intake in January.

Basically a heatshield with possible other options built in. Have seen many custom mods & I'm ready for mine. Was going to ask my friend to build 10; would follow up with cost...
Need the dimensions for 96-99 custom 'air box/heatshield'...

It depends on alot of things. Including PCM location.

Best bet would be for me to send you my stock 99 l67 airbox and have him take a peak at it.

Give me a week or so.

I could see a custom heatshield, but how is any type of airbox, as in box-like structure, going to outflow a regular tubing/piping style intake? I just dont see how its possible
