Any V8'* I can drop in my 1988 Olds Toronado?
Anyone know of any V8 engines I can drop in my 1988 Olds Toronado Trofeo, while still keeping it front wheel drive? I don't care if it'll be a GM, Ford, or Chrysler engine.

easiest would be put a */c on it. if you want a 8 there are a bunch of options depending on your wallet and what you want the car to do. if money was no concern i would find a ls4 and trans

Designated initially by VIN code C, the multiport fuel injected 3800 LN3 was a major redesign, featuring changes such as a balance shaft, on-center bore spacing, use of a 3x/18x crank-trigger system, and other improvements. "Any engine in any car" has been custom car builders mantra for many decades.
In the good old days of large rwd cars swapping drivetrains was much easier than it is now, keeping your car fwd restricts your options unless you have the time and resources to re-engineer your car completely.
If you simply want more power then I think putting a supercharged v6 is the simplest route.
If you want the v8 sound Oldsmobile and Cadillac both marketed v8s coupled to the 460te transmission, I don't know how easy it would be to do the swap but I think it would be the easiest way to achieve your goal.
It isn't just the engine and transaxle you will need to change, apart from fabricating an exhaust system and uprating the cooling system brakes and suspension you will also need to fit a suitable engine/transmission management ecm.
I don't know of anyone who has done such a job, although I think someone somewhere will have. Maybe a custom car or hotrodding forum will offer more help than I can
