Default Stant SuperStat question

Can anyone tell me, besides just being constructed of stronger more high grade material, what the design benefits of the Stant SuperStat would be over the more common are thse higher grade polished stainless steel thermostats realy a better choice (I believe they supposedly reduce "cycling") but is a SuperStat just a better choice installing? They certainly don't cost all that much more than the regular T-stat and it seems like a more logical choice just but I just don't know why.

I'm running a an UAP/NAPA thermostat (180 degree). I haven't had any problem so far with it either.
