Charcoal cannister relocation?
 

Can I relocate the charcoal cannister in front of the driver's side wheelwell?
I would like to use that opening to run a 5" pipe from behind the bumper to a
heat shield/air-box surrounding the cold air intake I want to install(think Ram-Air).
If it can be relocated, where would be a good place to put it?
What about strapping it to the core support beside the shield, would the heat of the radiator be bad for it?

there was someone who removed it and gave detailed instructions to do so.

aahhhh yes it was

He didn't remove it but it shows how to loosen it and put it wherever. He dropped his a few inches.
