What do you people think about this Auto Trans Interceptor?

I think it may good for the 4T60E trans since no shift kit is available yet. But the 4T65E does have a shift kit available through http://www.grandprixstore.com/

Since I can buy a chip for only $50 more...don't think I'll be getting one anytime soon. Now if it was under $100, I might try it...but not for $150.
