Update: Fuel pumps
With 163k on the clock and new mods in the near future I want to replace my fuel pump before I start asking more from the current one. How much hp and/or flow would an OEM pump be good for opposed to a Walbro? (I’m leaning towards the Walbro pump from Intense at the moment). What other odds and ends would I need during the fuel pump swap? (ie tank straps, 6 pack)

Walbro should give you much more ability for future than OEM. I don't have numbers...but it'* there.
Get the straps and have them on hand as well as an extra set of bolts for the straps. For the cost..it'* cheap insurance. Other than that...change the filter at the same time regardless of it'* age. A new tank strainer/sock should come automatically with the pump. Beyond that..basic tools.

Keep in mind you may need the strap bolt ANCHORS too. I broke one during reinstall. And I don't live in a salt-use area. No rust on my car at all, but those were. When it broke, it would just spin. Couldn't get the bolt in.
My straps and bolts were fine, but not the anchors. Your straps and bolts will probably be worse than mine were just because of where you live, despite the fact that your car is quite a bit younger than mine.

The strap bolt anchor Bill is speaking of is actually a clip with a nut in it. Frequently because they are made so cheaply..they break.
I suggest nut and bolt. Much easier to get off in the future if ever needed.

I'm not sure how hard it'll be with a standard nut on the reassembly. At least on my car, it would have been nearly impossible to tighten.
The OEM clip nut won't turn while you tighten the bolt. Big advantage.

A matter a fact at work today I stopped in our mechanics shop and saw a 92 or 93 Bonne (se, getting new brake lines) on a lift. So I got under looking at the straps and thought how a nut and bolt would work better then the clip you two are referring to.

update before impending fp change
It looks like my sender is leaking (very little but the lines look like crap and are damp & smell of fuel sometimes.) So I'm going to end up replacing that with the fuel pump. The local stealership wants 300+ for one Can anyone let me know where I can get one cheaper without having to sell a lung or kidney to do so.
