where do I drill holes on the t-stat, and how big? I just want about a 5-10* change.

anyone??? I need this info tonight! The 180 I put in is running like 150-160, WAY colder than I want it to. A few small holes in my 195 should bring it down to where I want, but I am not sure where to put them.

1/16" drill bit. You want 2 holes in the rim of the flat, but make sure the rubber seal doesn't block them.

De-burr the holes with a slightly larger bit by HAND, and rinse well.

Maybe 5 degrees? But city driving will make no difference. The 180 or drilled 180 is only good if you have airflow.

I suggest the fan override (buy a switch, one hour mod) to make the most of this.

i am in the city for like 15% of the time, so a drilled 195 would be best for me. I think I will start out with 2 holes and go from there. I found a pic on ZZP'* website of their drilled t-stat, so I know exactly where to drill.
