headers

No one makes them, as there is a limited customer base, along with the fact that the factory manifolds on the engine are some of the best flowing factory tube manifolds GM ever made.

Really don't need any heat coating, but they do tend to crack. It would be a good idea to take them off, remove the heatshields, and have them inspected for cracks ( chances are, you have some ) and welded up by a good shop.

Considering the topic author is asking if anyone makes them for sale, Perhaps you could address whether you are offering him a set or not?
I don't see headers doing much for a bone-stock L27, or being even remotely worth the cost for him.

Headers on a Series 1 is worthless, as the stock manifolds flow very well, I just saw a set yesterday off a car at the U-pull it, very smooth on the inside with little to no restriction. I know a guy off of a Fiero forum, and he put a 92/93 L67 in his Fiero, and had it dyno'ed, then he installed the West Coast Fiero headers he bought, and I believe he only gained about 3-4 Hp. Not worth it IMO for the cost it takes to make a quality pair.

agreed...^^^
sorry to mislead im not selling mine just yet anyway, But the fron manifold is a pretty good design however the rear manfold is attrocious. even after porting, The merge and exit location are, in my opinion, very restrictive for performance. I think a new rear manifold design would be a very good idea.

After porting? Did you port your heads? S1 manifolds don't need porting until you port the heads.
But the point is, even if they were available, they woudn't be worth the minimal gains when you look at header prices.
