Default Modification advice for my stock 96 bonneville ssei

Hello everywone I am a new member as well as a new Bonneville owner. I absolutely love this car and its speed and was just hoping for some advice on how to get abit more power out of my series II l67engine without spending large amounts of money. I would also appreciate some advice about getting a smaller pulley ex: how small and how much the Eaton m90 could actually handle ect. Thank you all!
