Default Port and Polishing

I have been doing some research about port and polishing heads and intakes via the web, and most sites have been saying that expect to gain around 25 hp (and around 10whp) from this mod and expect to pay around 400$ for a business to do it. I even found a company that makes/sells these units/products for the 3800 series, and will send it to you for 350$. Has anyone ported and polished their car here and felt any kind of difference?

I think Mark Wimmer was the only one, but Jason is doing that to his car from that donor L27, I might as well to my headers if I cant find aftermarket units.

Who is this? One of our supporting vendors or someone not mentioned here before?
I know I can get my lower intake, exhaust mani'*, and heads P&P'ed with port matching and bench-flow tested for that price here in Sauk Centre.

I will keep that in mind! I am not going to be doing this (or any major upgrade) until late July, but if the prices around here are way too high, then I will take you up on that offer. I am trying to weigh the benefits from Rockers to Port and Polishing since they both seem to produce around the same amount of horsepower. Still dont know about torque though. P&P seems like it can also extend the life of your engine, which is a major plus!
