Default Will exhaust note change?

Once I install my Magnaflow 94106 cat, will the exhaust note change? I have a Flowmaster 80 series muffler. If it does change, what will be different as far as how loud it is or will it have a lower tone or what. Thanks.

It won't change much if you have your stock resonator (which is fine). Slightly louder at WOT, very little tone change from what you have already.

Further thoughts......the farther back, the more change. From least to most, cat, resonator, then muffler is the most.
