Default Aftermarket Supercharger pulleys

I saw on a website that you had to run higher than 93 octane in bonneville if you changed supercharger pulley to a 3.5 or smaller. If any of you have one tell me if this is true...then tell me if it is worth the money. Thanks

I'm betting you have a 00 by your username. Most people running that small of a pulley are running at LEAST an intake and exhuast, and in alot of cases, a chip.

My car is no exception. My required octane is a result of the other mods, NOT the pulley. My car will run on 91, but not as good as it did stock. 92 is better, but 93 is the best.

Your car will run ok, just make sure you're at 92 or above. That'* my personal suggestion from my own experiences.
