Isn't torque management in newer than 00 vehicles anyway?

sry, only had 1 hand when i typed the first two posts.
anyway, does my car have torque management. and if i disable it(don't mind how), how is my tranny going to hold up? |
Yeah, your tranny will hold up. For how long, I don't know. Could be 100 miles, could be 200,000 miles. The tranny in the GTP held up to 12 second power for 9 months before showing signs of wear. Not bad for a tranny rated for 280ft.lbs of torque that was having to put up with 450ft.lbs.

I don't believe a 95 has torque management in the PCM. At least not in the same manner (dumber) than the 00+.
