3800 SUPERCHARGED vs, 3800 SERIES 2

I currently own both a 99 SE with the 3800 SERIES 2 and a 92 SSEi with the "original" 3800 BUT "SUPERCHARED, the latter has 182K miles and the former only 92k, the 92 is idling rather rough despite a recent tune up, while the 99 SE motor is running smooth on all accounts, this is what I'd like some tech help on, " I LOVE my SSEi and what I'm looking or leaning towards doing is swapping out engines and transffering the SUPERCHARGER off the 92 motor onto the 99 SE moter, so lack of milage wear and tear aside and the obvious near 100k milage differance aside in which I would gain with the swap, I'd very much appreciate it if I could get some "pros and cons" advice on what I'd have to gain and/or lose in this kind of trade and add on"???? I'd appreciate "any and all" feed back on this, thank you.
