Not sure what needs to be done with the Series 1 or if its even possible.

Series 2
Heads need to be swapped.
LIM needs to be swapped.
A couple pulleys added.
The L67 harmonic balancer(because of the 2nd built in pulley)
Fuel rail
Fuel injectors
Transmission(because the 4T60-E isn't designed to handle the abuse even from a L67)
Miscellaneous nuts/bolts brackets etc.

From what I have have heard, if you keep the existing L36 PCM on a top swapped engine, the PCM runs the engine way to aggressive with the current settings. Normally this needs to be tuned for the different injectors/amount of air coming in, different compression ratio, boost bypass etc. It may appear to be simple just by swapping parts around, but it gets very technical with the software. I don't even think a L67 PCM would run the engine correctly either.
