Nitrous Express all GM EFI single nozzle system for my car
I am intrested in purchasing the above nos system and I'm wondering if domestic performance is right. The site says that you can use this system on a totally stock engine, is this true. I have a cold air intake and a 180 degree thremostat, will I need to add a performance exhaust. I want some help trying to determine if this is good for me, thanks.

If DP claims it, go with it. The owner is Speedguy here, and very well respected. He won't steer you wrong to sell product, and he'll give you the best price he possibly can.
As far as the other mods, you don't NEED them to run Nitrous, but you'll want them to gain the full benefit.

nitrous sometimes gets a bad rap of melting pistons and blowing up motors. 99.9% of this happens from user error. one of the worst things you can do is to run it lean. thats where all the problems start. you may want to go with larger injectors and even add a ZZP afc 2.0 so you can richen the fuel where you need it to be richer. one of the true keys to being sucessful with nitrous is know how to read your plugs. and not just 1, you need to read them all and see if it is being distrubuted evenly in your intake to the cylinders. also defintly go colder in plugs too.atleast 2 heat ranges, maybe wanna start too cold and go 3 for safty

Find out if the NX kit you're looking at is a wet or dry kit, that can really change things. You really should lightly prep an engine for nitrous if you wish to do so. By "lightly" I mean you could get away with colder plugs and a 180 stat to keep the temps down, but that can get risky depending on how you wish to use nitrous. I'll say it right now, nitrous is dangerous on roads, so practice on country roads (street racing is bad, ok son?). I don't like to lecture, but my 130,000 mile L27 still burns rubber in 2nd gear when I flip the nitrous switch.

its the nx kit that domestic performance is selling, the one under new products. Is colder plugs the only other mod I need to do to run nos safely?
