MAF Mod followup
Okay, the MAF Mod TB is going on my car before sunset today. Now that my car is idling perfectly I got some very nice numbers, Trav stopped by so I also got the same numbers from his bone stock 93 SE.
Mine
MAF 16K@4.5KRPM
IAT 86*
Spark ADV 15*
Trav
MAF 8K@4.5KRPM
IAT 135*
Spark ADV 8*
I've got to finish off a few things and eat lunch, Then it'* time to get my base line run in my car... Hmm... Just had me a thought, I'm going to talk Trav into letting me get a run from his car. Hopefully someone will be able to read all the numbers I come up with and tell me how much all this helps. Watch for updates eh?

This may be a little late but could you get the barometeric levels of both runs too?
Although they could be simillar even a small change will effect the maf readings?

Well, hit my first snafu, The throttle assembly from the new TB was different than stock, And when I hooked it up without thinking about it it made the car idle at 2KRPM, that was fun to diagnose. I now have the old throttle assembly on the new TB, and I'm tracing the coolant leak. Turns out I'm not going to be able to do the two runs in the hour I was hoping for. Live and learn, So far, It has a waaaaaaaay deeper idle rumble, and 3KRPM makes your heart flutter. The car seems to rev quicker in P, I haven't even hit it into a gear yet.
PDad, You lost me. maybe my local news station KTBS3 has that or something, I know ambient temp was 82*F for the first two runs. Very comfortable outside. It'* starting to cool a little and I've just spent five minutes replying. Back to work!

Found the coolant leak, I've got some permatex setting up for a minute. It seem my UIM is getting brittle in it'* old age and a little bitty peice of the sealing area snapped off at some point. Yet more reason to go ahead and pick up that 92 Alum UIM.. Just have to let it set for a few more minutes then pop the TB back on and run it.

Well, I had my fun for the night with that. I found that by swapping my old throttle linkage to the new TB, It would bind wide open. That was some fun stuff right there, I almost lost it all since I was coming into a fairly tight curve when I noticed I wasn't slowing down.
I also found yet another coolant leak, this time it followed a bolt out on the UIM so I've delayed the project until morning. I uploaded my scans here www.damemorder.com/scan/
