Can you please put your year and trim level/model in your signature? Click the profile link at the top of the page.

I talked to Todd at Intense and yes it is necessary. The Level 1 kit comes with detailed instructions on how to do a CASE Learn. The case learn cost me $75 at my local shop. Make sure the person that is doing the CASE Learn knows you hace a custom PCM and does not download the latest updates to your PCM.

I am very happy with my Intense Level 1 package. It really was easy to install.

The case learn optimizes the PCM'* knowledge of where TDC is on the cylinder.

The overall learn itself is easy. You use the tool or scanner to go into case learn and follow the steps. Basically..leavie the car in P and rev it to the fuel cutoff. When the tool says successful you are all set.

We have them in stock. Just pay the core charge and we will send you one initially. If you send back your original you get your core chage back. If you don't....well...you don't get your core back

Personally..I'm a fan of keeping the original pcm. But then...like 1993 SLE.. you'll end up with a house full of vacuum sealed parts that will last forever.
