Decal specs: P215/60R15
Rotten tire: P215/65R15 - 3.2% taller than factory
Proposed tire: P215/70R15 - 6.7% taller than factory, 3.5% taller than the rotten tire

It might fit, but it might rub. You will be driving the above percentages faster than the speedometer says you are going. Same goes for the odometer reading. Your brakes will have that much harder of a time as well.

Why do you want to go bigger?

It sounds like he might have a deal or a set of that size, based on the circumstances. Unless hes trying to ultra mileage the alero lol

Hopefully he comes back to tell us. I'm curious.
