Default Rusted front cradle for LSS

I have a 98 Olds LSS that needs a new steering rack. While loosening the front cradle, 2 of the 4 bolts where so rusted that they broke off inside the cradle. Is there a way to repair this or do I haul it to the junk yard?

They broke off in the body, one from each side. The other two will come out and can be tightened back up.

IF they are the front two of the rear four you can accesses them thru a small hole in the front of that area on the body.If they are the rear most two you may have to pull your carpet and cut part of your floor to access them from the top. That is if a extractor or left handed drill bit dont work for ya
