Default Replacing tie rods and wheel bearings

I just can't afford to pay for the labor to have this stuff installed. I've done some research, and I know that the tie rods won't be a problem, but I'm a little concerned about the wheel bearing assembly. Do you guys have any recommendations on the install?

Are these instructions good to go by?
