Unlikly because it'* a random misfire. A bad injector would be on the same cylinder. That suggests low fuel pressure or a over all ignition system problem like wire harness or ICM

Holy Crap! I have the same problem. 1999 Olds 88 with 118K on it. SAME problem too. Misfires under loads just like yours. New plugs and wires, garage can't figure it out either.
