nope should be front right. coils are labeled find the one thats labeled #1 and follow it back. you should be replacing all plugs and wires. so grab the set and plugs, then rip the wires off with pliers it wont matter at that point. just be sure to put the plugs and coil ends together with dielectric grease
We don't know the coils are in their original positions. Just because the coil is marked cyl #1 does not mean it is connectect to cylindner #1.
Standard convention for cars is passenger side is always referred to as right side, and driver side is always referred to as left no matter which way you are facing. Calling it front right is the same as call it passenger front.

The only advice I can give on removing the plug wires is pull by the boot, not the wire. I have on occasion used a pair of vice grips to lock down on the top of the boot and provide some leverage to pry it off. If they are really stuck on, you may have no choice but to cut the boot off. Whatever you do, make sure you only pull one wire at a time and replace it before pulling another. You don't want to mix them up.

This is the info I found when doing a google search. I just want to make sure I have the correct info. Looking at the engine and going left to right, the back cylinders are 1-3-5 and the front are 2-4-6

cylinder numbers are (drive belt end-to-transaxle end) front (radiator side) 2-4-6, rear 1-3-5, firing order123456, coil pack from left 5-2 3-6 4-1
The back (firewall side) cylinders are 1-3-5 and the front (radiator) cylinders are 2-4-6.
The back (firewall side) cylinders are 1-3-5 and the front (radiator) cylinders are 2-4-6.

I guess they are different. I was thinking the same as a 3800 myself.

Dave, you are correct on the cylinder locations. Bottom line is you have a misfire, and it is likely a spark plug or a spark plug wire. There are other possibilities, such as an injector, but plugs and wires are the first place to look
