Need Help With Brake Job

Hi everyone. 1991 Olds Toronado. 3.8 v6.
I'm doing some brake work and I have 2 questions.
1. I put new calipers and pads on it. What kind of grease should I use on the caliper pins? The pads came with grease for them and it said to also use it for the pins. But I had already put white lithium grease on the pins. Is this ok? (I put the grease that came with the pads on the pads.) basically I want to know what kind of grease for the pins. I also have some of that reddish looking hi temp bearing grease.
2. While I was doing this and other work the master cylinder drained completely. But I never touched the brake pedal. Do I still need to bleed it?
Appreciate any advice.

You'll likely need to bleed the master cylinder first and once it pumps do the longest line first and so on.
They make a grease for those pins. It's very thick. You should be OK though.
