motor mounts, 94 olds

Hello again my friends. My 94 olds cutlass supreme ,3.1 automatic is in need of motor mounts. I don't know what type of mounts or where they are . The torque struts on the top of motor by radiator are very worn and the bushings are not doing their job. Are these struts part of the motor mounting system , or are they there only to control the motors torque when you give it gas? Is there any special things to watch for or tips to make the job a bit easier?

It looks to me that I will need to support the motor but is it hard to get the motor aligned to the new mounts. My top mount has a very worn bushing that has let the motor move a couple inches towards the back of the car. It looks to me I will have to move the motor towards the front of the car to line up the mounts. Also is there a order to change the mounts ? Like do the bottom 1st then left side or right side next. Thank you for any help anyone may be able to offer. Any pictures of the mount locations would be great. Have great day.

I'd change all of the ones you currently know of that are bad. This will help realign the engine so the ones you can't see etc. (that are likely underneath and more difficult to deal with) are easier. The torque mounts can be changed without supporting anything, and yes you should change them if they're worn out.

With motor mounts, when one allows play because it is worn, the rest are then made to take up the slack, and often in an unplanned direction.
