replacment hard plastic vacuume hose
Hello everyone , I'm back with another question. I have a vacuum leak on the hose from the throttle body that runs to the firewall side of the motor. I found the cone shaped gasket that is a press fit is very bad shape. I went to Auto zone and they don't have anything close and they said they don't have a replacement hose either. Do any of you know where I might find that fitting or a replacement hose? Or ant ideas on making something to replace the hard plastic hose with a fitting and large vacuum hose. Thanks in advance for any help anyone may be able to offer. Take care , gary r

I was able to get this picture, I hope its enough to see what I need to replace or repair. This hose has end that is a press fit into the back side of the manifold. The fitting on the firewall side of the motor is in very bad shape and falls out very easy. Thank you for looking at my post if its not clear or a different angle is needed please let me know and ill get the info for you.

Alternately: If the leak is on the plastic tube, you can wrap it in a couple of layers of electrical tape.
