Default Where to get FE3 or F41 front springs for a '91 Olds 88?

I need to replace the front springs in my '91 Olds 88. Right now, the car has Moog progressive rate cargo coils in the rear and I want to get something to match for the front.

NAPA doesn't show different springs for stock, FE3, etc. They show a different part # for the Royale and a different # for the Brougham, which is what I have, but it didn't come with FE3. I haven't looked anywhere else, but I'll probably have to.

Does anyone have any part numbers or ideas where I can pick up some better springs for the front?

Thanks.

Andrew

A Used Parts Yard. Measure the width of the coil and try to get as close to 16.3mm as possible. Any H-Body will fit, 87-99. Try for low mileage springs. I paid $40 for four springs two month ago.

What about LeSabre T-Type springs? Will they work? I would prefer to get new springs. I assume that the T-Type springs would have a specific part #.

LeSabre T type, Bonneville SSE (I know little about Bonneville), and Olds FE3 all had the performance suspension. Olds did not use the F41 "term" and Buick did not use the FE3 "term". The springs are all on the same charts., F41 & FE3 that is. Cars with self leveling rear air shocks(most FE3) will have lighter rear springs than LeSabre T-type F41. Cant speak of the Bonne'*.

The sway bars are heavier on F41 & FE3 cars as well. They also used a differently valved strut. Difference in steering rack too.

One LeSabre t-type owner said Sears believe it or not showed the heavier rate springs on their screen, this was a few years back but try them.

olds did/does use the F41 suspension... my 1986 delta88 Royal Brougham has them... if I could get a pic of my RPO codes without half of it distorted I would post it.

Thanks for mentioning that. I should have said I never saw FE3 on a Buick or F41 on an Olds G1 FWD H body. I do remember you saying you had F41 though and forgot. My 86 doesnt even have a suspension code on the sticker.

I do know that F41 in the delta88 was rather rare
