Default Harmonic balancer brand question (Dorman or Precision Parts)

I am needing to know which is a better brand on what I mentioned above. I did some research and found out the the Dorman brand is from China and the Precision Parts brand is from Australia so will one have a better construction to it or will they be about the same workmanship and quality you would expect out of foreign made parts. I have used Dorman products in the past but I have never bought any of there engine parts before. I mainly have used there window motors and a few other parts but not engine components from them. Also Dorman offers a lifetime warranty on the part I am needing to buy for my car, does that mean that I will half to use that lifetime warranty a few times or is it just there to insure a customer of buying a good part. The Precision Parts brand has only a 1 year warranty to the part I am needing to get a hold of. So which brand will offer me a good part that won't need to be replaced for awhile. Any and all advice will be helpful. Thanks.

Also I forgot to mention the Dorman brand is a common brand that is carried threw many auto parts store in my area but the Precision Parts brand is from my local O'Reillys. Also both brands are the same price of $59.99. The reason of it being replaced is because the crankshaft ring on the balancer is coming apart and the rubber is coming apart on the inside of the balancer.

I bought the Dorman brand one today and will be installing it this following weekend when I have the money to rent the installer for the item.
