Fuel pump replacement/rewiring my 89 delta 88

I just bought a replacement fuel pump (Precision Auto Parts). Got the tank dropped, removed pump and sending unit/ et al. Putting in new part it came without instructions, but I know I have to rewire it and replace little connectors. It also has a small o-ring I have no idea where to put. Has anyone had to rewire their pump (the original was 2 inch diameter but the precision part E-16055 has different wiring and is 1.45 inch diameter but it is compatible)? I am sort of lost on this. Also have the new fuel strainer, also Precision.

Any info would help- nothing online I can find with google, you tube, etc.

Thanks,
Brandon

If you want, take some pictures of what you have and maybe we can help. I'm thinking primarily wires etc. that came with it.
