Fans won't turn on
 

As some of you know, I have this $1 eighty eight I've been working on.

All other problems have been solved exept the fans do not come on and temps were up above 200.

How do I diagnose this? Figure it could be the fans themselves, the fan motors, the resistor or the fan controller module.

How hot did you let it get? Fans don't even start switching on until around 215* usually, and push to high speed around 225.

Do the fans come on when the A/C is on?
