Default 99 Oldsmobile Cutlass Electrical Issues

The other day when driving, I went to roll up my window & it would not roll up (power windows). I then parked the car, shut it off, and when I started it back up, the check engine light came on, & I also realized the blower motor for the heat/AC, the rear defog, and the cruise control were not working. I then plugged in the OBD II scanner to see what trouble codes it was reporting, and they were as follows:

P0135
P0758
P1665
P1676
P1860

I then checked the fuses to see what they would tell me. The fuses that are dead (the fuses are good, but the bank it plugs into is dead) The fuse banks that are dead as follows:

#46/47 Under the hood.

#46 = Rear defog, daytime running ramps, climate control system
#47 = Canister purge valve, powertrain control module, exhaust gas recirculation, heated O2 sensor.

B/C/D Passenger side panel

B = Cruise control
C = Climate control system
D = Cruise control

Any ideas what could be causing the fuse banks to be dead?

I know the power window motor is working, as I took apart the door to get the window rolled back up.

its likely to be a fusible link upstream of those circuits or if there are maxifuse panel under hood. unfortunately the diagrams for your car dont show the power feed

Looks like an orange wire running from the ignition switch that is hot in the "run" position feeds the affected fuses in the underhood panel.

This is the under the hood fuse panel. The two fuses inside the red box are good, but where they plug into has no juice.

This is the the passenger side fuse panel. The 3 fuses inside the red box is the same deal. Fuses are good, where they plug into, no juice.
