Yes, I have followed all the steps and I have no spark from the crank sensor ..... I tested continuity of all the wires and they are fine ... I have a brand new crank sensor and I have no spark or signal from there crank sensor in testing it as this says.

When you installed the first crank sensor, was the new balancer installed at the same time?

Yes, also I have tested everything..... Everything seems in order.... I have 12 volt power, and 10 volt reference..... I have replaced the crank sensor 3 times...... I just don't have the fluctuating voltage when the balancer is turned.

Yes, I have followed this specifically and I don't have the fluctuating voltage from the crank sensor, and it frustrates me as I don't know why.

Yes, I've followed the testing procedures in this link to the "T" and I'm getting no fluctuating reference from the crank even though I have replaced the sensor 3 times from 3 different sources, AND off the car the crank sensor tests just fine. This is driving me crazy.

I have replaced the Balancer with a new one "just in case" and no luck.

As an additional bit of information I followed the directions on this website to a "T".... I even got the LED light they suggest..... BUT I have not lighting from the pulse at all....so I have some sort of Crank Sensor issue BUT I have replaced the Crank Sensor 3 times and I am still getting nothing...... I also have the correct reading from all the harness leads to the ICM...... so I'm baffled.
