just wondering if there are any other GMs using the 2.4 4 cylinder or any models similar to Alero. Saturn looks similar.

The grand am and malibu (up to 2002.5), sunfire gt and cavalier z24 have the same 2.4 twin cam. The N body cars (alero, grand am, and Malibu) are all very similar in running gear, but they all have their own distinct looks. The Saturn does look a little like the alero, but I think they use completely different motors.
