99 olds 88 takes three to four cranks to start.
 

The title really says it all car runs great doesn’t stutter or jerk. Just takes three primes of the fuel pump for it to start. Fuel pump sounds very healthy once it turns on it’s a - ok. My only guess is fuel pump just doesn’t seem like it because once she goes she’s good. Also I may add if you turn it off then let it sit for a minute or two it will start up without priming. Only does this on cold starts.

You need to do a pressure test. Probably isn't holding.

Yeah I'd check fuel pressure. Everything else that I'd have you check is much more difficult and invasive.
