Default Another transgo shift kit question

I was working on my 02 aurora 3.5, putting in the half that goes in the bottom panel. I removed the top springs from the 1-2 and 2-3 accumulators, the OEM ones that are not changed. Mixed then up. One is thinner and taller with white markings, the other is shorter and thicker with dark markings. Which goes where? My 1-2 shift is clean, 2-3 is rough and does not go all the way. Would this be the issue? I'm planning to recheck the fluid after driving a little, in case its low. Thanks.

I figured out why the shift is rough, have the steel lines swapped. I'm still curious about the springs though.

Well, I swapped the lines back. The behavior was strange. I drove about 3 miles total, and I was never in 3rd gear. Also, reverse did not work, and neutral was a drive positiion. Anyway, its all fixed up now and drives really nicely. Too bad I wastes 8 quarts of ATF...
