I would check the fuel pressure regulator....if leaking, this creates a rich condition.....this is no problem on a cold engine, because you want a rich condition.....however, on a hot or warm engine, it can cause a stall or hard start, because you want a leaner mixture....
Pull the vac line off the f/p regulator and see if there is fuel in the line....

will check, that'* the little thing on the front, fuel rail, with vac line attached, right?
also, the fella with the ground buss thing, i pulled the plastic on the door opening, by the seat, took a look under carpet for the buss, nothing, just the wrapped up electrical conduit, no buss, everything under there looking clean and new

update, you are correct!!! nothing actually at the vac hose at that little regulator, but gasoline has been leaking down to the transmission modulator (same vac line)
Very Good call, is this little thing hard to change? directions?

Oh, there'* a ground buss, its buried in tape and wires. You actually have to cut all the tape out to get to it.

TechII, Thank You so much!!! solved the problems of insta-start and flooding during starting during warm/hot restarts
no more stalling ...
I also replaced the vac hose down at the trans modulator, the gasoline made the vac hose mushy, so, i replaced it
Again, Thank You! and everyone who had Ideas to consider
