Rear Child Windows
I'm assuming 92-99 Bonnys have em too. The rear windows only go down half way. Has anybody got them to go down all the way and how?

Darn. They are annoying at times. Its the only compaint I ever get from passengers other than to slow down. Don't the 00+ go down all the way?

This is like one of those things...that every vehicle since like 1985 (when most of you were born) has to have child safety windows.
I dunno why it'* necessary...none of us born before 1985 fell outta a window. Apparently this is for you guys... :P

Wasn't it the Pontiac 6000 that was produced (for awhile anyway) with fixed rear door windows? Pontiac'* reasoning for this was that passengers in the rear never have to roll down the windows because the car is air conditioned. It saved them about $50 per car not to have the window mechanism in the rear doors. And GM wondered why people did not buy them.
